At Aventon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ride. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your box.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original Aventon packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our facility.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
