Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do Aventon e-bikes come fully assembled?
Our bikes arrive 85-90% assembled. We provide all necessary tools and comprehensive video guides to help you finish the setup in about 30-45 minutes.
What is your return policy for accessories and bikes?
We offer a 14-day return period for e-bikes with less than 10 miles on the odometer. Accessories can be returned within 30 days if they are in new, unused condition.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we partner with Affirm to provide flexible monthly payment plans, allowing you to ride now and pay over time with rates as low as 0% APR.
What kind of warranty is included with my purchase?
All new Aventon e-bikes come with a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in the frame, motor, battery, and electrical components.
Can I ride my Aventon e-bike in the rain?
Aventon e-bikes are built to IPX4 water-resistant standards, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes, but they should never be submerged or washed with a high-pressure sprayer.
